Minimum System Requirements:
OS:Windows 2000/XP/Vista
CPU: Pentium 500
RAM: 512 MB
Video Card: Card with least 64 VRAM
Display: SVGA (800X600) 16bit color
DirectX: DirectX 9.0 or later
Internet Connection: ISDN (64Kbps)
Sound: Sound card supporting DirectX 9.0 or later
Others: Keyboard and Mouse

Recommended for using 32bit color and higher resolutions
minimum NVidia MX400/440 family using Forceware driver 77.77 (not latest driver)
NVidia Fx5200 using 169.x.x or higher driver
Video memory of at least 64m / per monitor (dual view should have 128m)

As for audio if using on-board AC97 variant
 
run dxdiag and set hardware audio acceleration to Standard (one notch below max)

When installing any NVidia driver max sure you do the following
Turn off or Pause Anti-Virus protection
Open Control Panel / System / Device Manager - Uninstall (not roll back) current driver(s)
Reboot PC
let Windows pop up (found new hardware) ignore but don't close it
Run NVidia Driver setup.exe
When message comes up already have running session of install NOW CLOSE
the Windows Found New Hardware 
NVidia will now install clean copy of driver files
